The project was led by CPIA 4 ROMA from Italy and involved 6 partners from Italy, Greece, Great Britain, Spain and Slovenia.
The main objective of the project was to upgrade the knowledge and skills of adult educators in the field of working with immigrants, in particular communication skills and competencies in the field of interpersonal relations, which are necessary to guide the educational relationship with participants from different cultures with different languages. We will develop an innovative methodology (using transactional analysis) by transferring best practices in the field of working with immigrants and will develop an e-platform for all working with immigrants to share knowledge and experience.
