Information and consulting activities for employees

DIS CENTRAL SOUTH-EAST REGION 2016 – 2022

In 2016 - 2022, the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport and the European Social Fund co-finance consulting for employees, focusing on encouraging employees to develop mainly key competencies. The consultancy in the central part of the south-east of the region is carried out by a consortium led by RIC Novo mesto, while the partners are CIK Trebnje,  Grm Novo mesto – the centre of biotechnics and tourism and  ŠC Novo mesto.

The project aims to develop and improve the competencies that employees need for the growing demands of everyday life, greater work process demands, greater employability, and mobility.

If you are employed, we are inviting you to your personal consultation, in which you will be able to work with quality and professional counselling support:

  • find out what kind of work will make you happy and what are the paths to developing your work career,
  • identify your strong areas and identify what skills are needed for more successful professional or personal development,
  • set out your educational path and, if necessary, develop an education plan and a career development plan,
  • recognize what you've already learned in your life and evaluate your achievements in the achievements folder or portfolio,
  • choose your training and get involved in it, ...
  • We can also produce an opinion and a certificate of development of key competencies (e.g., foreign language skills, computer sciences, learning of learning, career planning...) to help you perform your tasks more efficiently in the workplace or even advance promotion.
  • We also provide support in achieving goals, e.g. in obtaining certificates, formal education...

Employers can be supported in various activities of motivating employees to learn and promote further development, identifying the development of key and certain professional competencies required by each job, identifying and evaluating informal knowledge of employees that they can use in the workplace, information on free educational opportunities for employees, ...

All services are free of charge for employees and employers.
